dried fruit and some milk chocolate. It has a slightly oaky and smoky finish
with a full creamy body and good balance. The classic food and other pairings
for port are hard sharp cheeses like Stilton or blue cheeses or Gouda,
chocolate either by itself or in a cake or dessert, a fruit sorbet, and of course
