Along with VanIAC’s trust account for cases administered by VanIAC, we
continue to offer trust account services for deposits, holds and withdrawals
for arbitration and mediation cases that are not administered by VanIAC.

In order to improve the quality of services provided, we continuously look
for and consider feedback from those who use any of our services. Thank

LOOKING FORWARD
With all things digital dominating the world, VanIAC has developed and
recently launched an arbitration platform that allows users to file cases
online. The goal is to reduce processing costs and handling time, providing
an alternative to the heavy reliance on paper. This innovation is similar to
features found on our <ciidrc.org> website, which have proven to be very
popular with users from around the world.

I appreciate the support of the legal community and hope you will continue
to use VanIAC. If you or your clients would prefer to avoid going to court if
a dispute arises, consider including an arbitration clause in your agreements
naming VanIAC as the administering body. Sample clauses can be
