We are a young Vancouver-based law firm requiring a solicitor Associate. Our firm services a particular client demographic and has a surplus of work. There
would be no immediate need to market, or to bring a significant book of business with you. We are in a position to help you to quickly develop a full practice.
The compensation package is competitive and flexible. It is based on a standard salary plus fee split, allowing the lawyer more control over how much they
would like to work, and the compensation they would like to earn. The ideal candidate would be interested in regularly exceeding their base salary.
The candidate would be welcome to work from home part-time if desired.
