398 THE ADVOCATE
VOL. 79 PART 3 MAY 2021
along with A2JBC, CBABC, the Law Foundation of BC and the Law Society.
The session inspired attendees to meet the legal needs of British
Columbians in new ways. Keynote speaker Rebecca Sandefur, a professor at
Arizona State University and faculty fellow at the American Bar Association,
discussed all sides of access to civil justice, and a panel of B.C. lawyers
shared how they transformed their practices with initiatives like unbundled
services, transparent pricing, e-signatures, online payments, and fully
cloud-based and paperless practices.
In our continued effort to promote access to justice in British Columbia,
we are pleased to share the recording of the presentation online: <www.
