Like many CCEL projects, a volunteer interdisciplinary Project Advisory
Committee supported the work. The large committee was chaired by former
BCLI executive director Jim Emmerton and included representatives
from agencies such as the PLAN Institute, Inclusion BC, the Canadian Association
for Community Living, the BC Securities Commission, Vancity and
the Alzheimer Society of B.C.
The Inclusive Investing Project was funded by a Law Foundation of
Ontario Access to Justice grant and led in partnership with the Alzheimer
Society of B.C. and Inclusion BC.
REPORT ON PENSION DIVISION
In other news, BCLI recently published its Report on Pension Division, which
contains 25 recommendations to reform part 6 of the Family Law Act,
the Division of Pensions Regulation and the prescribed forms. All BCLI and
